Hardscapes

Concrete paver installations will be guaranteed for a period of three years from date of installation.

Terms of the warranty are as follows:

  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • Washing or settling of sand is not covered under the warranty; however, the Owner will be furnished with a bag of sand upon completion of the work.
  • Improper workmanship includes settling or heaving of pavers due to improper installation and is covered under the warranty. Heaving or settling due to rodents will not be covered under the warranty.
  • Vandalism or Acts of God (i.e., lightning, flooding, hail, ice storms, abnormal and/or extreme weather conditions such as prolonged sub-zero temperatures or drought, early and late season severe freezes, damaging winds, etc.) are not covered.
  • Payment must be received, in full, according to the terms on the Agreement. Failure to pay according to the terms will void the warranty.
  • Pavers are not warranted against fading.

Retaining walls will be guaranteed against defects for a period of three years.

Defects include settling due to improper installation and faulty material. Not included under the warranty are fading of materials, damage by animals, splitting/peeling/shrinking of timbers, or damage due to Acts of God. Other terms of the warranty are as follows:

  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • Payment must be received, in full, according to the terms on the Agreement. Failure to pay according to the terms will void the warranty.

Water features will be guaranteed for a period of one to three years from the date of installation.

Terms of the warranty are as follows:

  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • The shell of the water feature is covered for a period of three years from the date of installation.
  • The internal parts such as the liner, pump, and plumbing are covered for a period of one year from the date of installation.
  • Any natural material centerpiece such as granite, limestone, etc. will not be guaranteed.
  • Any modifications performed by the homeowner or any other parties other than Brick Paving will void the warranty.

Payment must be received, in full, according to the terms on the Agreement. Failure to pay according to the terms will void the warranty.

Wood structures will be guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of installation.

Terms of the warranty are as follows:

  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • The wood structures are guaranteed as to the structural integrity only.
  • The materials of the structures are not guaranteed.
  • Any modification performed by the homeowner or any other party other than Brick Paving will void the warranty.
  • Payment must be received, in full, according to the terms on the Agreement. Failure to pay according to terms will void the warranty.

Outdoor Lighting will be guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of installation.

Terms of the warranty are as follows:

  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • Replacement of bulbs is not included.
  • Manufactures guarantee on materials will apply.
  • Any modification performed by the homeowner or any other party other than Brick Paving will void the warranty.
  • Payment must be received, in full, according to the terms on the Agreement. Failure to pay according to terms will void the warranty.
