Tony Lausas
Founder, CEO
Tony has over 18 years of experience working in the Landscape design/build industry. Tony graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1995 with a degree in Operations Management. He has a strong background in the design and installation of concrete pavers and segmented retaining walls. Tony has been an authorized contractor of Unilock since 1995 and of Belgard since 1999, and is certified through both the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and National Concrete Masonry Association. As CEO, Tony focuses on creating a strong business infrastructure through educated and knowledgeable staff, skilled craftsmen and state of the art equipment. Tony’s business philosophy is to continue to make Brick Paving of Indianapolis the premier choice in the industry that clients feel proud to refer to their friends and family. Tony prides himself on the community work and client experiences that Brick Paving of Indianapolis is able to achieve.
J.D. Durst
Owner, President
J.D. has over 16 years of experience working in the Landscape design/build industry. J.D. graduated from Purdue University in 2001 with a degree in Landscape Architecture. J.D.‘s strong background in design is a result of working for a variety of design firms from Pittsburgh to Indianapolis. He has worked on a number of projects including children’s gardens, botanical gardens, arboretum, institutional and municipal projects and private estates. J.D. prides himself in creating unique designs for his clients based on their individual needs, the project site and the clients vision for their project. As President of Brick Paving of Indianapolis, J.D.’s primary focus is to build strong systems for the production and installation of our amazing outdoor spaces. J.D.’s focus is to continue to assure that the client’s experiences through design and installation are being achieved. J.D. truly enjoys the lasting relationships that he is able to create with Brick Paving of Indianapolis’ clients.
Kathy Koczenasz
Office Manager
Kathy is an Indianapolis native with over 25 years of experience in business office and customer administration. With her organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Kathy ensures our clients a first-class experience from the moment they begin their relationship with BPI. Kathy's responsibilities include office management, invoicing, payment processing and maintaining a constant line of communication with our clients. Kathy prides herself with continuing to offer our clients the best possible experiences.
Andrew Fletcher
Project Manager
Andrew has an extensive background in team management. Andrew’s focus as project manager is the daily orchestration of the BPI installation teams. Andrew's customer service skills and team management allows Brick Paving of Indianapolis to continue to offer the best possible experience to our clients throughout the installation of their projects. Andrew prides himself in helping clients obtain their outdoor dreams.
Kevin Brooks
Project Manager
Kevin has over 8 years of construction and installation experience. Kevin’s focus as a project manager is the daily orchestration of the BPI installation teams. Kevin’s strong construction background allows Brick Paving of Indianapolis to continue to develop and implement new and creative design and installation solutions for our client’s projects. Kevin prides himself in the innovation and eye for detail he brings to our client's projects.
Steve Wiley
Project Manager
Steve has over 10 years of experience in the Landscape design/build industry. His focus as a project manager is providing his team the tools and materials they need to get the job done. He shows strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail which allows his team to exceed the client's expectation for their outdoor spaces. Steve thoroughly enjoys the work we do here at BPI and is committed to getting things done the right way in a timely manner. He prides himself on communicating effectively between the client and his team to make sure everyone is satisfied with the work that is being done.
Jesse Torres
Maintenance Manager
Jesse has been a valuable BPI team member since 2007. Jesse has grown to become the company’s maintenance manager through extensive training and dedication to our maintenance clients. Jesse’s focus as maintenance manager is to fulfill BPI’s strict maintenance quality standards. Jesse focuses on making sure our clients properties fulfill their individual tastes and the vision that our design team has created for our client's. Jesse prides himself in offering the finest maintenance and client experiences possible.
Arthur Bleicher
Design Associate
Arthur is a 2009 Purdue University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. Arthur has experience working both in professional design offices and in the landscape design and build industry. Arthur’s knowledge of plant materials and his innovative design style are considerable assets to Brick Paving of Indianapolis’ design team. Arthur prides himself on designing unique and creative spaces utilizing planting schemes for seasonal interest and creating art within the landscape while offering the client an amazing solution for their outdoor project. Arthur’s extensive knowledge of design software and cutting edge technology allows BPI to offer their clients the best possible design solutions, while also making the process as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
